Industrial Fires Hard to Control? Take a Look at the Triple-Phase Jet Fire Truck

Feb 03, 2026

In high-risk scenarios such as petrochemical, coal chemical, natural gas, and large-scale industrial facilities, fires are often characterized by intense combustion, rapid spread, high risk of re-ignition, and great difficulty in suppression. When facing complex industrial fire scenarios, traditional water and foam firefighting methods frequently struggle to achieve both rapid fire control and effective prevention of re-ignition. Enhancing the efficiency and reliability of industrial firefighting has therefore become a key focus in the development of modern firefighting equipment.

Industrial fires, such as those in chemical plants in the United States, often present significant challenges. These fires are characterized by high firefighting costs, large-scale blazes, and extreme danger, making it difficult to contain them effectively. In many instances, the fire must burn out on its own because conventional firefighting methods are insufficient to control the intensity and scale of the fire. The Triple-Phase Jet Fire Truck has been developed as an innovative solution. This advanced system integrates gas-phase, liquid-phase, and solid-phase firefighting agents into a single platform: high-pressure nitrogen as the gas phase, water or pre-mixed anti-reignition extinguishing solution as the liquid phase, and ultra-fine dry powder extinguishing agent as the solid phase, enabling coordinated multi-mechanism fire suppression.

During firefighting operations, the Triple-Phase Jet Fire Truck simultaneously activates multiple extinguishing mechanisms. It achieves rapid flame knockdown by suppressing combustion free radicals, quickly reduces fire intensity through forced cooling and temperature reduction, and effectively interrupts combustion conditions via emulsification, isolation, and oxygen displacement (suffocation). The ultra-fine dry powder delivers immediate fire suppression, while the anti-reignition extinguishing agent provides sustained cooling and fuel isolation in the later stages, significantly reducing the risk of re-ignition and enhancing overall firefighting stability and safety.

Our triple-phase jet fire truck series is available in 18 m, 28 m, and 42 m configurations, designed to meet diverse firefighting requirements across industrial and high-risk environments. The 18 m and 42 m models adopt an 8×4 drive, while the 28 m model features a 6×4 drive, ensuring strong mobility and stability under complex operating conditions. Powered by an engine with an output of up to 406 kW, the series delivers reliable performance for continuous and intensive firefighting operations.

All models are equipped with high-capacity fire pumps, providing a maximum flow rate of 150–170 L/s, and a fire monitor flow rate of up to 100 L/s, enabling rapid and effective fire suppression. The maximum jet range reaches 85 m in water mode, 80 m in two-phase mode, and 75 m in three-phase mode, ensuring precise coverage over long distances. Depending on the model, the extinguishing agent capacity ranges from 7,600 L to 15,000 L, supporting prolonged firefighting missions.

With maximum working heights of 18 m, 28 m, and 42 m, and corresponding working ranges of up to 20 m, the Tower Jet Fire Truck series is well suited for operations involving large tank farms, high-rise industrial structures, long-span buildings, and complex fire scenarios, offering both flexibility and high operational efficiency.

With its comprehensive advantageshigh suppression speed, superior efficiency, strong resistance to re-ignition, cost-effectiveness, and environmental friendlinessthe Triple-Phase Jet Fire Truck is widely applicable in petrochemical, coal chemical, natural gas, and chemical production facilities, as well as for ground flowing fires, pool fires, large tank farm fires, and extra-large-span industrial buildings. It also demonstrates strong performance in tunnel fires and other confined-space fire scenarios.

As industrial operations continue to expand and fire risks become increasingly complex, firefighting equipment is evolving from single-agent suppression toward systematic and integrated emergency response solutions. The application of the Triple-Phase Jet Fire Truck provides a more efficient and reliable approach to industrial fire emergency response, offering strong support for modern industrial fire safety and emergency management.
